Ingredients

Soya Chaap 500g
Soya Granules 100g
Chopped Onion 5 medium
Tomato 3 medium
Green chilly 6
Ginger 1 piece
Garlic 7-8 clove
Chopped coriander 1tap
Kasoori methi 1/4 tsp Haldi 1/4 tsp
Pisa dhaniya 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/4 tsp
Degi mirch 1tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 4tsp 2 cup for deep frying
Directions
Bring a boil to soya granules with some salt and keep aside in hot water
If soya Chaap are frozen.. defrost it and remove sticks from chaap
Heat oil in a pan or kadahi and deep fry the soya Chaap till grown
let it cool and cut into pieces
Heat oil in a pan
Add onions and fry till golden brown on high flame
In between grind tomato, ginger, garlic and green chillies
Add tomato mixture keep flame medium
Add chopped coriander and whole masale and fry till oil remove on high flame...stir between
Strain soya granules and squeeze
Add in tadaka...stir well
Add 2.5 cup water and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame...stir between
Add soya chaap pieces still and cook for 15 minutes on low flame
Serve hot with chapati or naan
