  • Maida -1 cup atta-½ cup vanilla extract 1 tsp dry fruits(golden kismis,black kismis,tuti fruti,dry apricot, red and black plum, red cherries)- 1 cup kaju - ⅓ cup cinnamon powder ½ tsp nutmeg powder ¼ tsp milk-½ cup apple cider vinegar - 2 tbls baking soda - ½ tsp baking powder - 1 tsp suger brown- ¾ cup butter - ⅔ cup


  • grease a loaf pan with oil or butter. preheat your oven to 170 degrees C. seive the whole wheat flour, all purpose flour, cinnamon powder and grated nutmeg along with baking powder. add the oil or melted butter and mix gently. add the sugar and mix. now add dry fruits and cashews. Mix these in cake batter. Now add apple cider to  milk and later add baking soda to this mixture.  stir gently and add this frothy bubbly mixture to the cake batter. add the vanilla extract and fold by cut ne fold tech.  pour the cake batter in the greased cake pan. bake at 170 degrees C for 35-40 minutes. when the plum cake becomes warm or cools, remove from the cake pan
