250 gms Butter 1 cup Sugar 500 gms Flour 6 Eggs 3 tsp Vanilla Essence 1 cup Oil 1/4 tsp Egg Yellow Color 1/4 cup Condensed Milk 1/4 tsp Salt 3 tsp Baking Powder 50 gms Red and Green Cherries 3/4 kg Mixed Fruit Cake Mix 50 gms Walnuts
Directions
Beat sugar, oil and butter till fluffed up, add essence and 2 eggs at a time and continue beating, add condensed milk and color then beat. Add flour, salt and baking powder fold in well. In a tray put all nuts and fruits sprinkle dry flour and coat them well. Add the coated mixture in batter and mix well. Pour on greased tray and bake in oven on 170 C till done.
