Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Atta 1 cup
  • Oil 1/3 cup
  • Plum jaggery 200 gm
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Egg 2

Directions

  • Take a pan add egg , jaggery andoil batter it well.
  • Add atta and baking powder
  • Add vanila essence .
  • Batter it well.
  • Take a cake mould and grease it well.
  • Add batter and spread dry fruits on top.
  • Keep it microwaven for 15 minutes.
  • Remove it .
  • Serve with tea
