Place a non stick pan add tomato puree
When puree melts add brown sugar to it
Continuously stir well
Take it out in a small katori as shown in picture step
Now Firstly beat oil and sugar
Then add milk along with the sieved maida mixture ( sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda all together)...at the same time add caramelized tomato puree
Fold it nicely
Greece the aluminum cake tin and dust with flour
Put some chopped almonds
Preheat the microwave convection oven at 150 degree
For 10 min
When it beeps , place the cake tin inside
Set the temperature to 40min at same 150 degree
Again when it beeps, check using toothpick if it comes out clean, that means cake is ready
Serve Decorated and Highlighted with Natural Brown Sugar and Dabur Hommade Tomato Puree
