  • Milk 1/2 katori/cup

  • Natural Brown Sugar 1/2 katori/cup (1/4th beat with oil and 1/4th use in caramelization

  • Olive oil 1/4 katori/cup

  • Maida 1 Full katori/cup

  • Baking soda powder 1/4th teaspoon

  • Baking powder 1/4th teaspoon

  • Dabur Homemade Tomato Puree 1/2 box

  • Almonds chopped for decorating 5-6pc


  • Place a non stick pan add tomato puree
  • When puree melts add brown sugar to it
  • Continuously stir well
  • Take it out in a small katori as shown in picture step
  • Now Firstly beat oil and sugar
  • Then add milk along with the sieved maida mixture ( sieve maida, baking powder and baking soda all together) the same time add caramelized tomato puree
  • Fold it nicely
  • Greece the aluminum cake tin and dust with flour
  • Put some chopped almonds
  • Preheat the microwave convection oven at 150 degree
  • For 10 min
  • When it beeps , place the cake tin inside
  • Set the temperature to 40min at same 150 degree
  • Again when it beeps, check using toothpick if it comes out clean, that means cake is ready
  • Serve Decorated and Highlighted with Natural Brown Sugar and Dabur Hommade Tomato Puree
