Pre heat oven at 180C for 10 minutes. Soak the dry fruits into orange juice for an hour.
Beat the eggs in a bowl with electric beater until soft peaks form.
Powder both the sugars and add in egg .
Mix Sprig's all natural bourbon vanilla extract, oil and milk and again beat for 5 minutes.
Sieve all purpose flour, baking powder 3 times.
Add the flour mix into egg mix.
Mix with a spatula in cut and fold method.
Prepare a loaf pan with butter paper.
Add some soaked dry fruits in the cake batter.
Pour the batter in loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes.
After 15-20 minutes add all dry fruits and let it bake completely.
If a tooth pick comes out clean your cake is all done .
