Preheat oven at 180°
Grease and line the mould
Sieve dry ingredients
Mix curd,oil and sugar and whisk till sugar dissolves
Toss raisins and tuttifrutti with maida
Mix dry ingredients in curd mix and mix it in cut and fold method
Add essence and raisins and tuttifrutti and mix
Pour this batter in the mould and spread chopped nuts on it evenly
Tap the mould and bake it for 25 mins or till the toothpick inserted comes out clearly at 180°
Cool it on wire rack and enjoy with tea
