1 cup maida
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup Cocoa powder
1 tsp cornflour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup oil
2 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup melted milk chocolate
400 gm dark chocolate
225 ml fresh amul cream
1/2 litre whipped cream
Salt 1 pinch
First of add in a bowl add all the dry ingredients n whisk it nicely..
Then in extra bowl add eggs,oil,melted milk chocolate, vanilla essence n mix it well..now add the dry part to the liquid part n mix it..if required add little bit of milk to light the batter.
Now grease the tin n use butterpaper..add all the mixture to the tin.
Preheat the oven for 10 mins I n 170 degree temperature
After preheating place the tin in the oven n bake it for 40 mins at 170 degree
Now whipped the cream with a electric beater in a high speed till stiff peaks..n keep in the fridge.
Now in a saucepan lightly boil the amul fresh cream den add it to chopped dark chocolate...
Now in a double boiler method melt the dark chocolate
After baking the cake let it cool to room temperature n demould
Now layer the cake in 3...
Now..add little bit of whipped cream to dark melted chocolate for mousse filling...keep aside a little bit of melted dark chocolate for dripping.
Now essemble the cake...soak the first layer of cake in simple sugar syrup n add the mousse filling...keep the process repeating for all three layers..
Now cover the whole cake with a whipped cream..
In a piping bag fill the extra melted dark chocolate n drip over the cake...n decorate with some Chocolate balls,bars n chocolate chips...n freeze it for 15 mins.
