In a pan add dark chocolate and fresh cream cook for 2 min.on low flame mix well and off the flame keep aside
In another bowl add condensed milk and water and Dialute it
In a mixing bowl sieve twice wheat flour,milk powder,baking soda,baking powder
Add sprig vanila essence,curd,and half of milk,mix it and add jeggary syrup,mix well,add more2_3 tablespoon milk if required and make ribbin consistency batter
Pore this mixture in greased tin tap it twice and back in preheated oven on 180 degree for 25_30 min.
Then cool it and cut it into2 slice,apply diluted condensed milk and soak both slices,pore melted chocolate on one slices,put another soaked slice on it . cover with white wheaped cream,
Add rose emulsion in 1 cup cream and garnish on cake
Add Orange emulsion in 1 cup cream and garnish as your choice
Add green colour in1/2 cup cream make leaves
Sprinkle golden and silver balls
Serve chilled
