Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 1 cup jeggary


  • 2 tablespoon water


  • 1 cup wheat flour


  • 2 tablespoon milk powder


  • 1 teaspoon baking powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda


  • 1/8 teaspoon salt


  • 1 teaspoon Sprig vanila essence


  • 1/2 cup milk


  • 1/4 cup curd


  • 250 grams wheaped cream


  • 3 drops rose emulsion


  • 3 drops orange emulsion


  • 1/8 teaspoon green food colour


  • 250 grams dark chocolate


  • 1/4 cup fresh cream


  • 1/2 teaspoon silverand golden balls for garnish


  • 1/2 cup condenced milk

Directions

  • In a pan add dark chocolate and fresh cream cook for 2 min.on low flame mix well and off the flame keep aside In another bowl add condensed milk and water and Dialute it
  • In a mixing bowl sieve twice wheat flour,milk powder,baking soda,baking powder
  • Add sprig vanila essence,curd,and half of milk,mix it and add jeggary syrup,mix well,add more2_3 tablespoon milk if required and make ribbin consistency batter
  • Pore this mixture in greased tin tap it twice and back in preheated oven on 180 degree for 25_30 min.
  • Then cool it and cut it into2 slice,apply diluted condensed milk and soak both slices,pore melted chocolate on one slices,put another soaked slice on it . cover with white wheaped cream,
  • Add rose emulsion in 1 cup cream and garnish on cake
  • Add Orange emulsion in 1 cup cream and garnish as your choice
  • Add green colour in1/2 cup cream make leaves
  • Sprinkle golden and silver balls
  • Serve chilled
