  • Chicken boneless 500gm

  • Egg 1

  • Black pepper powder 2tsp

  • Cotnflour 3 tbsp

  • All purpose flour 2 tbsp

  • Soy sauce 2 tbsp

  • Tomato sauce 2 tbsp

  • Chilly paste 2 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp or as per taste

  • Sugar 1/4tsp

  • Onion 1 big

  • Tricolor Bellpepper 1

  • Garlic chopped 1 1/2tsp

  • Ginger 1 tsp

  • Green chilly 2

  • Spring onion white 2tsp

  • Spring onion green 2 tbsp

  • oil 2 cups for frying

  • Vinegar 2 tbsp


  • Marinate chicken breast or thighs with ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, vinegar, egg, cornstarch, cornflour and oil. Mix all ingredients well and set aside for about an hour.
  • Take 1 cup of water in a bowl, add 1 tsp of vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce., 2 tsp chilli sauce, 2 tsp tomato ketchup. Add 1 tbsp of cornstarch and mix it well.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry chicken pieces . Don't turn immediately . Let the coating cool well on one side then flip the chicken. And cook from all sides.
  • Heat oil in a wok and let the smoke comes out of it and add spring onions white. Add chopped ginger and garlic saute for a minute.
  • Add onions, bell peppers and toss for a while.
  • After 2-3 minutes add prepared sauce and let it boil.
  • When it starts rolling boil add salt, sugar and black pepper.
  • When it is boiling add fried chicken to it and mix for 40 seconds.
  • Serve hot after garnishing with spring onion greens and sesame seeds.
