Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 11/2 cup All purose flour


  • 1 cup Curd


  • 1/2 cup Sugar


  • 1/2 cup Oil


  • 11/4 tsp Baking Powder


  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda


  • 1 Meetha paan


  • 2 pinch Green food colour


  • 2 tbsp Tutti frutti


  • 1/4 cup Milk as required

Directions

  • Preheat the oven at 180℃. Grease the baking tin and put butter paper in it.
  • Sieve the flour for couple of times and keep it aside.
  • In a bowl beat curd untill it gets smooth. Add sugar and mix well. Then add baking soda and mix well. Keep it aside for 10 mins.
  • Grind the paan.
  • Now curd mixer will be forthy and you can see some bubbles in it. Add oil , paan and green food colour. Mix it well.
  • Add flour in curd mixer in three batches.
  • Add milk in the batter to adjust the consistency of the batter.
  • Add 1 tbsp tutti frutti in the batter.
  • Pour the batter in cake tin. Spread some tutti frutti over the batter.
  • Bake the cake in preheated oven at 180℃ for 25 - 30 minutes.
