11/2 cup All purose flour
1 cup Curd
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Oil
11/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 Meetha paan
2 pinch Green food colour
2 tbsp Tutti frutti
1/4 cup Milk as required
Preheat the oven at 180℃. Grease the baking tin and put butter paper in it.
Sieve the flour for couple of times and keep it aside.
In a bowl beat curd untill it gets smooth. Add sugar and mix well. Then add baking soda and mix well. Keep it aside for 10 mins.
Grind the paan.
Now curd mixer will be forthy and you can see some bubbles in it. Add oil , paan and green food colour. Mix it well.
Add flour in curd mixer in three batches.
Add milk in the batter to adjust the consistency of the batter.
Add 1 tbsp tutti frutti in the batter.
Pour the batter in cake tin. Spread some tutti frutti over the batter.
Bake the cake in preheated oven at 180℃ for 25 - 30 minutes.
