Heat the wok on medium flame. Add Oil, Ghee, Dry spices, saute for few minutes.
Add onion, ginger, garlic, saute untill raw smell of garlic is no more, 2 to 3 minutes.
Add tomatoes, green chilli, dry spices, saute for couple of min.
Add rinsed and drained Masoor Dal, 2 tbsp of water, salt to taste. Cook for 7-10 min.
Adjust seasoning if required.
Add butter , lime juice, cilantro. Serve hot.
