1)beat sugar and butter until it becomes fluffy and light then add CONDENSED milk stir lightly ....Now seive flour ,baking soda and baking powder ....Add all the dry ingredients into butter mixer ...using cut and fold technique mix the batter.Now add vanilla essesnce and oil ..Add milk to maks a flowing consistsncy ,add milk only if needed if batter consistency is too thick then only add milk gradually..Lastly add vinegar and give a light stir..Note:do not over mix the batter...
grease mould with butter and pour the batter
bake it in a preheat pan or cooker place a stand and preheat cooker or deep bottom pan after 5 min bake your cake for about 40 min
keep an eye on your cake check ur cake after 15 min
for decoration ~ cut cake into 2 slice
soak with sugar syrup
with the help of pallete knife spread whipped cream
put second layer of cake spread cream
decorate with the help of nozzel as per ur choice
