First boil the pasta with water,salt, oil. When pasta gets softer then set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add garlic and ginger paste
and saut for a minute
Now add spring onions and jalapeño & stir for few minutes with medium heat
Now add boiled pasta 3-4 min with medium heat .. Stir occasionally..
Add 2 boiled eggs & Pepper powder with sauce & salt and Stir occasionally..
After a minute add chilli flakes & dry leaf ( basil & parsley) stir a minute and mix well
Pasta is ready
Garnish with spring onionsServe hot
