1) Put salt in a cooker,keep stand in it,cover it with lid, turn the gas on and let it pre-heat
2) Take a bowl and put sieve over it add maida,baking powder and baking soda and strain them together.
3) Mix it well and add sugar, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder,pinch of salt,grated carrots and mix well
4) Add oil to the mixture and mix it well
5) Now add milk to the mixture and make batter without forming lumps in it.
6) Add vanilla essence to it and mix. Our cake batter is ready.
7) Grease mould with oil and dust it with maida.
8) Now add batter to the mould, tap it remove the air bubbles.
9) Place the mould in pre-heated cooker, cover it with lid and bake for 45 minutes.
10) Cake is ready to eat after 45 minutes.
11) Let it cool and demould it.
12) Decorate your cake with liquid chocolate and coconut dust. Your yummy & healthy Carrot Cake is ready.....enjoy
