Egg whites 4
1 teaspoon white vinegar
120 gram power sugar
Egg yolks 4
12 gram cake flour
4 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon sprig vanilla essence
2 teaspoon butter for greasing tin
Whipping cream 2 cups
Sugar syrup 1 bowl
1 cup pomegranate
1 cup kitkat chocolate
1 cup gems
1 cup nutties nuts
In a mixing bowl add egg whites and vinegar and beat it with a beater for 30 second.
Now when it started foaming add in sugar in batches ( 3 batches) and beat it till the soft peakes formed.
Now add yolks into egg whites and mix it well till both became one.
now add in the cake flour in batches approx three batches should be okay for mixing the cake flour into the egg whites.
now take a glass and add milk ,oil and sprig vanilla essence and mix them and wait for 30 seconds. After that at the liquid milk and vanilla essence into the cake batter. Consistency should be little thick.
now grease the cake Tin and preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree Celsius
now add the cake batter into the cake Tin and with a table knife clear out all the bubbles from the cake batter. Tap for 3 times.
now bake it for 35 minutes at 150 degree Celsius and after that increase the temperature to 170 degree Celsius for 10 minutes
check the cake whether its bake or not with a toothpick
Sprinkle the sugar syrup on the layers to moisten it. Add the whipping cream to the bottom part and apply it on the surface and then add the pomegranate
Now put the second part of cake into it and crum coat it with whipping cream. Put the cake for 20 minutes in to the refrigerator.
Now apply second layer of whipped cream and garnish the cake on your own style. As i did🙂
