  • 2 cups All Purpose Flour

  • 3/4 cup Powder Sugar

  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder

  • 50 gm Butter (Melted at room temperature)

  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda

  • 2-3 tablespoon milk (if you feel required to knead the dough)


  • Take All purpose Flour, Sugar and Baking powder in a mixing Bowl.
  • Add cardamom powder and melted butter to it and start kneading the dough.
  • Start rolling it into a big chapatti and cut into desired shape cookies.
  • Preheat oven at 350°F. Place the cookies on a baking sheet. Bake it for about 15-18 min until you can see the bottom edges of the cookies turn golden.
  • Take it out when nice golden colour is achieved and serve when cool down to your tint tots.
  • Let them cool on a wire rack. The hot cookies will be soft but will turn crunchy when they cool down.
