Hung Curd 4 Cups
Sugar 3/2 Cup ( or to taste) i like little sweetned
Whipped Cream 4 tbsp
Saffron milk 2 tbsp
Cardamom Powder 1 teaspoon
Finely Chopped Dry Nuts 1/2 Cup
Hang the curd overnight or for at least 3-4 hours to make hung curd.
Hung curd should be very smooth to proceed further.
Add chopped nuts , cardamom powder , saffron milk sugar and whip cream to it.
Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate it for at least 2-3 hours before serving. garnish with few chopped nuts.
My Tip: Strain curd before mix to avoid lumps in shrikhand, If curd is not smooth.
