Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Hung Curd 4 Cups


  • Sugar 3/2 Cup ( or to taste) i like little sweetned


  • Whipped Cream 4 tbsp


  • Saffron milk 2 tbsp


  • Cardamom Powder 1 teaspoon


  • Finely Chopped Dry Nuts 1/2 Cup

Directions

  • Hang the curd overnight or for at least 3-4 hours to make hung curd.
  • Hung curd should be very smooth to proceed further.
  • Add chopped nuts , cardamom powder , saffron milk sugar and whip cream to it.
  • Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate it for at least 2-3 hours before serving. garnish with few chopped nuts.
  • My Tip: Strain curd before mix to avoid lumps in shrikhand, If curd is not smooth.
