Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Baby potatoes 1/2 kg (cut in to halves Ifor you want )


  • Black Pepper powder- 1 tsp


  • Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp


  • Salt-1/2 tsp or to taste


  • Corn flour-1.5 tbsp


  • All purpose Flour 1 tbsp


  • Oil-2 cups for frying


  • Sugar 1/4 tsp


  • Chopped garlic-1 tbsp


  • Chopped ginger- 1/2 tsp


  • Schezwan sauce- 1/2 cup


  • Tomato sauce-2 tbsp


  • Soya sauce- 1/2 tsp


  • Salt-1/4 tsp or to taste

Directions

  • Marinate the baby potatoes with the marination ingredients and let it rest for 15 minutes in refrigerator.
  • After that deep fry it in ht oil on medium flame until nicely done (don't over fry). Drain it and keep aside.
  • Keep 1 tbsp of oil in the pan and heat.
  • Add sugar, ginger and garlic. Saute until golden. Add schezwan sauce, soya sauce and tomato sauce.
  • Mix well for a minute and add 1/4 cup of hot water in to it.
  • Add salt; followed by the fried potatoes and Mix well for a minute to coat the potatoes well with the sauce.
  • Switch off the flame by sprinkling coriander leaves on top.Serve hot and enjoy the great taste.
