Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Baby potatoes 1/2 kg (cut in to halves Ifor you want )

  • Black Pepper powder- 1 tsp

  • Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp

  • Salt-1/2 tsp or to taste

  • Corn flour-1.5 tbsp

  • All purpose Flour 1 tbsp

  • Oil-2 cups for frying

  • Sugar 1/4 tsp

  • Chopped garlic-1 tbsp

  • Chopped ginger- 1/2 tsp

  • Schezwan sauce- 1/2 cup

  • Tomato sauce-2 tbsp

  • Soya sauce- 1/2 tsp

  • Salt-1/4 tsp or to taste

Directions

    Marinate the baby potatoes with the marination ingredients and let it rest for 15 minutes in refrigerator.

    After that deep fry it in ht oil on medium flame until nicely done (don't over fry). Drain it and keep aside.

    Keep 1 tbsp of oil in the pan and heat.

    Add sugar, ginger and garlic. Saute until golden. Add schezwan sauce, soya sauce and tomato sauce.

    Mix well for a minute and add 1/4 cup of hot water in to it.

    Add salt; followed by the fried potatoes and Mix well for a minute to coat the potatoes well with the sauce.

    Switch off the flame by sprinkling coriander leaves on top.Serve hot and enjoy the great taste.
