In a bowl cream together butter and sugar till light and fluffy.

now add in the sifted refined flour, baking soda, baking powder, corn flour, milk powder, green cardamom powder and mix nicely.
preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
pour the better in a greased cake mould and sprinkle some pistachios over the batter.
bake the cake at 180 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes
let it cool down to room temperature
