Beat condensed milk and butter till fluffy.
Then sieve maida, baking powder, soda and Coco powder 2-3 times
Add slowly the sifted flour to the creamy mixture
Beat well and add water to get dropping consistency
Lastly add vanilla extract and mix well
Pour in a greased and dusted tin and bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 25 minutes.
Or bake till the toothpick comes out clean.
Cook on a wire rack and unmould
Now slice the cake to two parts
Take the bottom part and soak with cherry syrup
Beat the cream till soft peaks form
Spread this cream on the bottom part
Sprinkle some chopped cherries and place the other part of the cake
Soak the second layer also with cherry syrup
Cover the whole cake with cream on top and sides also
Give a gud finishing and sprinkle chocolate shavings on sides and on top of the cake.
Make rosettes with whipping cream with star nozzle.
Place a cherry on the rosettes.
Black Forest Cake is ready to be served
