  • Ingredients: 1) For Base: a) Butter – 1 inch b) Sugar – ½ cup c) Cake Tin 2)For Bater: a) Flour – 2 Cup b) Sugar – 1 Cup c) Refined Oil – 1 Cup d) Yoghurt – 2 Tbs e) Fresh Pineapple Chunks f) Vanilla Essence – ½ Tbs g) Baking Powder – 1 Tbs h) Baking Soda – 1 Tbs i) Milk as required 3) For Base Decoration: a) Pineapple Slices b) Cherry Pieces

Directions

  • Method : For Base Preparation- 1) Preheat the pan ,add butter and let it melt. 2) Add sugar and mix. 3) Continue mix the sugar otherwise chances of getting burnt. 4) After sometime sugar melts and color changes. 5) When sugar caramelized turn off the flame. 6) Now pour the caramelized sugar into the pan and coat well. 7) Spread to the corners well and keep aside.
  • Batter Preparation: 1) Take flour in a bowl and sieve it. 2) Then add sugar, yoghurt, oil , pineapple chunks and mix well. 3) Now slowly add milk to it and make a smooth batter. 4) Now add baking powder and baking soda and mix well. 5) Its time to add Vanilla Essence and give a mix. 6) The consistency of batter should be perfect .
  • For Decorating the Tin. 1) Take the tin which we had already poured with sugar. 2) Now place the pineapple slices in the three corners. 3) Add cherry pieces. 4) Next slowly pour the Cake Batter. 5) The batter should be half filled.
  • For Baking: 1) Preheat the pan and place a stand. 2) Next place the tin and cover the lid. 3) Bake it for 45-50 mins. 4) After 45 mins check if its done or not. 5) Check by inserting toothpick. 6) Cool it down and place a try on the top of tin and flip it and tap for 2-3 times . 7) Your yummilicious and caramelize cake is ready.
