Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 200 grams of paneer


  • 1 capsicum diced


  • 2 garlic chopped


  • 1 tsp spring onion


  • 1 tsp schezwan chutney


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp schezwan paneer masala


  • 1 tsp tomato sauce


  • 3 tsp oil


  • 1 onion dices

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and saute till it burns.
  • add capsicum and onion .
  • Add salt, tomato sauce, and mix well.
  • Take schezwan masala powder and add some water into it. stir well and add it into the pan.
  • Add schezwan chutney and mix it well. Wait till mixture thickens.
  • Dice the paneer into cubes and add it into the pan.
  • mix it gently such that it is coated evenly on all sides.
