Heat oil in a pan and add garlic and saute till it burns.
add capsicum and onion .
Add salt, tomato sauce, and mix well.
Take schezwan masala powder and add some water into it. stir well and add it into the pan.
Add schezwan chutney and mix it well. Wait till mixture thickens.
Dice the paneer into cubes and add it into the pan.
mix it gently such that it is coated evenly on all sides.
