Refined flour 2 cups
Refined flour 2 cups Rice flour 1/4 cup
1 / 2 fine chopped dragon fruit.
Salt to taste 1/4 tsp
Oil to deep fry 2 cup
2 Tbsp Black Til
Ghee 2 tsp
Directions
In a bowl combine refined flour, dragon fruit salt and Til one-fourth cup of ghee. Mix it well and knead into stiff dough with water.
Cover with a damp cloth and rest for fifteen minutes. Knead again, divide into four equal portions and roll into balls. In a bowl mix rice flour and one ghee well.
Roll out each dough ball into a thin disc. Apply rice flour paste all over. Roll up tightly and rest. Cut into small pieces. Press each lightly or roll with a rolling pin to make small one inch diameter puris
