Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups Pineapple cut into half inch cubes


  • 1 1/2 cup cottage cheese /paneer cut into half inch cubes


  • 1 cup green grapes cut into halves horizontally.


  • 1 cup carrot chopped into thin slices /discs


  • 20 toothpicks


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste


  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala.


  • 1 tablespoon honey


  • 1 big pineapple slice

Directions

  • Arrange the fruits and cottage cheese on the toothpicks as shown in the picture.
  • Place a big pineapple slice in centre and arrange the toothpicks or the skewers around it.
  • Drizzle honey and refrigerate for half an hour.
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper and chaat masala just before serving.
  • Delicious and appetizing salad is ready to serve.
  • Good tip - All fruits should be washed thoroughly before arranging
