  • Paneer 150 gm.

  • Onion 150 gm. Small baby onion

  • Green chilli 2 slit

  • Malai 1/2cup

  • Ketcup 2-3tbsp

  • Salt 1/2sp.

  • Degi mirch 1/2sp.

  • Sabji masala 1/4sp.

  • Bay leaf 1-2

  • Whole spice as u like1/2sp.

  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2sp.

  • Refind oil 2 tbsp.

  • Kasoori methi 1sp.


  • Perl the onion cut in 2 pieces.
  • Noe put the pan on flame sdd bay leaf n whole spices add chilli n ginger garlic paste cook2 min.
  • Now add chop 3 tbdp onion cook about 2-3min. Add all spice powder cook 1-2min.
  • Now add ketcup n malai n cut half pieces of onion.
  • Add salt n kadoori methi add 1/4cup water cook 2-3min lastly add paneer cube mix properly cook few min more .switch ofc the flame .
  • Serve with roti /poori.
