  • 10 eggs

  • 1/2 cup baby spinach

  • Deseeded tomato cubes 2 tablespoons

  • Cottage cheese cubes 1 tablespoon

  • 1 tablespoon sliced onion

  • Salt and pepper according to taste

  • Cheese slice 1

  • Butter for greasing

  • Milk 1/4 cup


  • First whisk eggs with milk and spices in a bowl till mixture becomes light and fluffy.
  • Now grease a non-stick pan with butter generously. Heat it on low flame.
  • Now pour ready egg mixture in pan.
  • Garnish egg mixture with all rest mentioned ingredients immediately.
  • Lid the pan and let frittata cook on low flame.
  • Soon sides of the mixture thicken and will start leaving the pan.
  • After 10 minutes , check frittata with knife, whether it's cooked or not.
  • If knife comes out clean then frittata is ready otherwise let it cook for 2 minutes more.
  • Spinach, cottage cheese and eggs are high in proteins. So protein rich frittata is ready to relish. Its very soft and spongy.
  • This can be good option for any potluck party or get together.
