  • Rice flour 1 cup

  • Salt 1/4sp

  • Warm water 1cup for dough

  • For tempering - oil 2 sp.

  • Mustard seed 1/4sp.

  • Curry leaf 10-15


  • Take rice flour in bowl add salt n make dough with warm water now make pitha.
  • Now steam all the pitha in steamer about 10 min.
  • Now prepare to temper add oil in wok add mutard seed n curry leaf now add pith fry 2-3 min n serve with chutney.
