  • 3/4 Apple (Reserve 1/4 for garnishing)

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 5 almonds

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/3 cup yogurt


  • First slice thinly the 1/4 part of apple that we reserved. keep aside covered.
  • In a blender add chopped apple, honey, almonds, milk and yogurt. Use your favourite dry fruits.
  • Blend it on high untill smooth. Pour in serving glass.
  • Plate thinly sliced apple slices overlapping each other and then start rolling them tightly.
  • Carefully put the rose into the glass. Spread some slices to make a beautiful rose. Serve immediately. Enjoy 🤗
