Egg 2
Onion 1 chop
Tomato 1/2 chop
Chilli 1 chop
Coriander leaf 2tbsp.
Ginger grated 1/4sp.
Salt 1/2tsp(to taste)
Black pepper powder 1/4sp.
Oil 2-3sp.
Directions
Put the pan on flame add oil now add chop onion n chilli cook 4-5min.
Now add chop tomato n ginger now add whisked egg add salt n pepper mix it.
Cook 4-5 min lastly add coriander leaf switch off the flame.
Serve in plate.
