Fresh curd 1 1/2cup
Makhana/lotus seed 1/2cup
Salt 1/2tsp
Red chilli powder 1/8sp.
Raita masala 1/4sp
Oil 2tbsp
Directions
Hot the oil in kadhai fry lotus seed tske out in plate.
Whidk the curd add salt , chilli n raita masala.
Now add fried lotus seed dprinkle dome red chilli n raita masala.
