  • Makhana/lotus seed 1/2cup

  • Salt 1/2tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1/8sp.

  • Raita masala 1/4sp

  • Oil 2tbsp


  • Hot the oil in kadhai fry lotus seed tske out in plate.
  • Whidk the curd add salt , chilli n raita masala.
  • Now add fried lotus seed dprinkle dome red chilli n raita masala.
