Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 5-6 green chilly of your choice


  • 1/2 cup gram flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 pinch soda


  • 1 cup oil for frying

Directions

  • Mix in gram flour, salt, soda, turmeric powder and some water to make thick batter.
  • Slit chillies and apply some salt in it.
  • Dip it into the batter to coat evenly .
  • Heat oil until hot and deep fry it till golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
