5-6 green chilly of your choice
1/2 cup gram flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 pinch soda
1 cup oil for frying
Directions
Mix in gram flour, salt, soda, turmeric powder and some water to make thick batter.
Slit chillies and apply some salt in it.
Dip it into the batter to coat evenly .
Heat oil until hot and deep fry it till golden brown.
Serve hot.
