Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 2 bread slice


  • 1 small bowl leftover dry potato curry ( optional)


  • 1/2 cup gram flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder


  • 2-3 baby spinach


  • 1 pinch soda


  • 1 cup oil for frying

Directions

  • Mix in gram flour, salt, haldi, red chilly powder, soda and some water to make thick batter.
  • Slice bread on triangle shape.
  • Apply some potato curry on one slice and place another slice on it. ( if you dont have potato curry simply dip the bread in the batter) Dip it in the batter and apply one spinach leaf on it.
  • Deep fry until golden brown and serve hot.
