  • 3-4 tomatoes

  • 1 cup gramflour

  • 1/2 spoon salt or as per taste

  • 1/4 spoon turmeric

  • 1/2 spoon red chilli powder

  • 1/2 spoon coriander powder

  • 1 pinch baking soda

  • 5-6 spoon oil or as per needed


  • Wash and cut the tomatoes in thin round slices
  • In mixing bowl put all ingredients accept oil and add little water slowly and make batter without any lumps.
  • Heat oil in a pan, dip the tomatoes slices into the batter and deep fry on midium flame till golden brown colour.
  • Take out on the tissue paper for observed extra oil.
  • Serve hot with sause or chutney.
