Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 2 cup leftover rice

  • 1 cup leftover rajma

  • 2 tbsp mozerella cheese

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2 finely chopped green chilli

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes

  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Directions

  • 01

    Mash rice and rajma until well blended

  • 02

    Now put all the ingredient except cheese and breadcrumbs

  • 03

    Form a ball and stuff cheese into this and seal it

  • 04

    Coat the balls into breadcrumb and deep fry until golden

  • 05

    Serve hot
