Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Pasta


  • 1 Cup Paneer (diced)


  • 2 medium sized tomatoes


  • 2 Spring Onions


  • 1 small cucumber


  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil


  • 1/4 cup Apple cider Vinegar


  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice


  • 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tbsp Origano


  • 1/2 tbsp Chilli flakes

Directions

  • Boil Whole wheat pasta.
  • Starin it and put under cold running water and keep aside.
  • Dice tomatoes, paneer, onion and cucumber into small cubes.
  • In a bowl put olive oil.
  • Add apple cider vinegar and like juice to it.
  • Now add salt, sugar,origano and chilli flakes.
  • Mix well.
  • Add diced veggies, paneer and pasta to it.
  • Toss nicely and serve.
