Firstly boil water and add salt. Boil the pasta untill soft or 75-80% cooked. We don't want to cook them completely or over cook them. Drain the water and spread on a plate. Allow them to dry.
Meanwhile in a bowl add all masalas and mix well. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan or kadai. Fry tge pastas in batches untill crispy and golden brown.
Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel to drain excess oil.
Immediately sprinkle prepared masala and toss well.
Store it in a air tight container.
