Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2 cup pasta of your choice


  • 2 cups water or as needed


  • 1 tsp salt or to taste


  • 4 cups oil for deep frying


  • 1/2 tbsp dry mint leaves


  • 1 tsp black salt or as needed


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder


  • 1/2 tsp citric acid

Directions

  • Firstly boil water and add salt. Boil the pasta untill soft or 75-80% cooked. We don't want to cook them completely or over cook them. Drain the water and spread on a plate. Allow them to dry.
  • Meanwhile in a bowl add all masalas and mix well. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan or kadai. Fry tge pastas in batches untill crispy and golden brown.
  • Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel to drain excess oil.
  • Immediately sprinkle prepared masala and toss well.
  • Store it in a air tight container. Enjoy it with masala chai. 🤗
