Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1 small potato sliced thinly

  • 1/2 cup gram flour

  • 1 tsp red chilly powder

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder

  • 1 tsp cumin powder

  • 1 cup oil for deep frying

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients except oil, potato.

  • 02

    Add some water and make a thick batter.

  • 03

    Heat oil until hot and dip the potato slices and transfer into the oil.

  • 04

    Cook until golden brown and remove on a paper napkin.

  • 05

    Serve hot with ketchup.
