Ingredients

  • 1 small potato sliced thinly


  • 1/2 cup gram flour


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 cup oil for deep frying

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients except oil, potato.
  • Add some water and make a thick batter.
  • Heat oil until hot and dip the potato slices and transfer into the oil.
  • Cook until golden brown and remove on a paper napkin.
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
