Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 10 baby spinach

  • 1/2 cup gram flour

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp haldi/ turmeric powder

  • 1/2 cup oil for frying

  • 1 tsp red chilly powder

Directions

    Mix gram flour, salt, haldi, red chilly powder and some water to make thick batter.

    Heat oil until hot .

  • 03

    Take baby spinach and dip in the batter. Coat from all sides and deep fry,

  • 04

    Take out on a paper napkin and serve hot.
