Ingredients

  • 10 baby spinach


  • 1/2 cup gram flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp haldi/ turmeric powder


  • 1/2 cup oil for frying


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder

Directions

  • Mix gram flour, salt, haldi, red chilly powder and some water to make thick batter.
  • Heat oil until hot .
  • Take baby spinach and dip in the batter. Coat from all sides and deep fry,
  • Take out on a paper napkin and serve hot.
