Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 2 cups sweetcorn kernels

  • 2 tsp gram flour

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 4 curry leaves

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 2 green chilly

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 1 cup oil for frying

  • 4 tsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • 01

    Take corns, coriander, green chilly, garlic in a grinder and grind coarsely.

  • 02

    Add chopped onion , turmeric powder, chop curry leaves and add, salt and mix well.

  • 03

    Add gram flour and a little water if needed.

  • 04

    Heat oil until hot and drop pakodas into it. Deep fry until golden brown.

    serve hot.
