Ingredients

10 spinach leaves blanched
1 cup ripe papaya cubes
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup greek yogurt or hung curd
1 tbsp grated coconut to garnish
2 tsp papaya cubes to garnish
Directions
Blanch spinach leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes.
In a mixer jar put all the ingredients together and blend them well.
Take 2 big serving glasses and pour the smoothie.
Garnish with grated coconut and papaya cubes.
Serve chill or at room temperature.
