Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 10 spinach leaves blanched


  • 1 cup ripe papaya cubes


  • 1 cup coconut milk


  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt or hung curd


  • 1 tbsp grated coconut to garnish


  • 2 tsp papaya cubes to garnish

Directions

  • Blanch spinach leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes.
  • In a mixer jar put all the ingredients together and blend them well.
  • Take 2 big serving glasses and pour the smoothie.
  • Garnish with grated coconut and papaya cubes.
  • Serve chill or at room temperature.
