Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 packate maggie


  • 1-2 tsp gram flour


  • 1 tsp chopped coriander


  • 1 tsp mixed herbs


  • 1 glass water


  • 2 tsp oil

Directions

  • Heat water and bring it boil.
  • Add maggie and maggie masala and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add gram flour and cook till the water evaporates.
  • Add coriander and mix well.
  • Grease a tawa and place the maggie in centre.sprinkle some mixed herbs.
  • Wet the hands and gently spread it in circular motion to make it look like a pancake.
  • Pour some oil on sides and flip it over.
  • Serve hot.
