1 packate maggie
1-2 tsp gram flour
1 tsp chopped coriander
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 glass water
2 tsp oil
Directions
Heat water and bring it boil.
Add maggie and maggie masala and cook for 3 minutes.
Add gram flour and cook till the water evaporates.
Add coriander and mix well.
Grease a tawa and place the maggie in centre.sprinkle some mixed herbs.
Wet the hands and gently spread it in circular motion to make it look like a pancake.
Pour some oil on sides and flip it over.
Serve hot.
