Keep electric tandoor on preheat approximately 10 minutes from both sides mode ...meanwhile
Squeeze and release all water from grated cauliflower
Put squeeze cauliflower in a bowl and add whole masala, onion, green chilly, ginger, coriander and mix all together
Take some amount of dough.
Make a ball shape coat with dry flour with both side and roll a small poori shape
Add 1 tsp cauliflower mixture
Make again it a ball shape. .coat in dry flour
Now roll like round chapati with soft hand.
Apply ghee on it with a silicone brush
Keep row cauliflower parantha in preheated tandoor and cook for 2 minutes
you can cook 2 paranthe at same time
Hot tandoori paratha is ready
Serve with curd and butter
