  • Bessn 1 1/2cup

  • Salt 1tsp

  • Turmeric 1/4sp.

  • Red chilli powder 1/2sp.

  • Asafetida 1 pinch

  • Baking soda 2 pinch

  • Oil 2 cup for frying

  • Fresh curd 2 cup

  • Powder sugar 3 tbsp

  • Sweet tamarind chutney 3 tbsp

  • Roasted cumin n coriander powder 1-2sp.

  • Black salt 1 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1/2tsp


  • Add besan,salt,chilli,asafetida n baking soda in mixing bowl now add water n make thick batter.
  • Now hot the oil in kadhai n make small.size round fritters fry golden n crispy put aal fritters in warm water put in water 10-15min.
  • Now press the fritter help of palm n squeez all water put in plate .
  • Curd n sugar mix properly n beat the curd.
  • Now put the sweet curd on top of besan wada add sweet tamarind chutney sprinkle dome black salt, cumim , coriander n chilli powder serve chill.
