1/2 cup pasta
1 tsp salt
2 cups water or as needed
1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/8 citric acid
1/2 tsp mint leaves powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 garam masala
1/8 dry mango powder (optional)
1/4 roasted coriander powder
1/4 roasted cumin powder
1/8 cinnamon powder
1/8 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
4 cups oil for deep frying or as needed
Firstly boil the water and add salt in it. Boil the pasta untill soft or 75-80% cooked. Do not over cook it. Drain the water completely.
Spread it on a platelet it air dry completely.
Meanwhile in a bowl and all the dry masalas and mix well. Set aside.
Heat oil in a pan on high heat. Add dry pasta carefully. Make sure there is no water left in it.
Fry the pastas in batches. Don't add all of them at once. Fry untill crispy and golden brown.
Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel. Drain the excess oil.
Immediately sprinkle the masala that we prepared earlier. Toss well. Store it in a air tight container. Serve with hot masala chai. Enjoy 🤗
