  • 1/2 cup pasta

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 cups water or as needed

  • 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/8 citric acid

  • 1/2 tsp mint leaves powder

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/8 garam masala

  • 1/8 dry mango powder (optional)

  • 1/4 roasted coriander powder

  • 1/4 roasted cumin powder

  • 1/8 cinnamon powder

  • 1/8 tsp black pepper powder

  • 1/2 tsp powdered sugar

  • 4 cups oil for deep frying or as needed


  • Firstly boil the water and add salt in it. Boil the pasta untill soft or 75-80% cooked. Do not over cook it. Drain the water completely.
  • Spread it on a platelet it air dry completely.
  • Meanwhile in a bowl and all the dry masalas and mix well. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan on high heat. Add dry pasta carefully. Make sure there is no water left in it.
  • Fry the pastas in batches. Don't add all of them at once. Fry untill crispy and golden brown.
  • Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel. Drain the excess oil.
  • Immediately sprinkle the masala that we prepared earlier. Toss well. Store it in a air tight container. Serve with hot masala chai. Enjoy 🤗
