  • 2 cups Rice flour 1 cup Water

    Put water on boil with two tablespoon of rice flour do not let it form dumplings as it boils add rice flour little by little and mixing it, till dough is formed. Remove from flame. Keep tava on flame. Make medium sized ball from the dough and use your hands to make roti if its sticky use water. If you cant make using hands. Use two plastic paper squares keep on your working table sprinkle rice flour on it then lay the ball and sprinkle more dry flour on it place the other plastic on top of it and roll to round roti. Remove top plastics grab roti on right hand and remove the other plastic using left hand. Put roti on tava. Roast on tava both sides, remove on a platter and cover with cloth. Finish all the same way.
