Coconut milk -3 cup.
Sugar-3/4 cup.
Cashew -15nos.
Dry grapes - 10nos.
Ghee -4 spoon.
Cardamom- 2 no's
salt- 1/4tsp
Colour powder-1/2 tsp
Directions
take a vessel
fry the cashews in ghee
take out few cashes for decoration
put dry grapes and fry it
add cardomn
now add coconut milk
now add coconut milk
add semolina
after 10 minutes add sugar and pinch of salt
finally add a spoon of ghee and take out put in the plate
after 10 minutes put piece and decorate by cashews
semolina cake ready
