Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • All purpose flour...2cup


  • Boiled mashed potato...2 big


  • Chopped Spring onion...1 cup


  • Onion...1


  • Green chilli paste...1 tspn


  • Red chilli sauce...1tspn


  • Soya sauce...1tspn


  • Pepper powder...1tspn


  • Salt...1tspn


  • Oil...2cup for frying

Directions

  • Make a dough of flour, salt, 1tspn oil & required water.Cover it & keep rest for 15 mins
  • Boil potatoes & then mash it well.
  • Heat oil & fry chopped onion for few mins.Add chopped spring onion then.
  • Add salt, green chilli paste, red chilli powder,pepper powder & all sauces.Saute it for few mins.
  • Finally add boiled mashed potatoes & mix it well.
  • Now take some portion from dough & roll it like roti.
  • Spread potato mixture evenly on the roti.
  • Then fold it & cut it into pieces.
  • Heat oil & deep fry it.
  • Serve it hot with any of your favourite dip sauce.
