Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 3 eggs


  • 2 chopped onions


  • 2 chopped tomato


  • 2 tsp gratedginger


  • 2 tsp pepper


  • 1 tsp salt (as required)


  • 1 tsp butter


  • 1 tsp corainder leaves

Directions

  • Heat a pan put butter then add grated ginger and saute well.
  • Now add onions and mix well till onion cooks.
  • Then add tomatoes. Mix onion and tomatoes together. Add salt and pepper. Close the lid and wait for 5 mins.
  • Now slowly break the egg one by one in the top of the gravy. Close the lid and cook for 3 mins.
  • Granish with corainder leaves without disturbing the eggs . Serve hot!!!
