Wash the leaf n spread on cotton cloth.
Now in a mixing bowl add gram flour,rice flour ,salt,chilli powder n coriander n garam masala powder and make semi thick batter with help of water.
Put the kadhai on hot the oil.
Now dip the leaf one by one n deep fry until turn crispy.
Take out on absorbent pepper sprinkle some chat masala n serve with tea/ coffee.
