  • Spinach leaf 20-30

  • Gram glour1 1/2cup

  • Rice flour 1/4cup

  • Salt 1tsp

  • Coriander powder 1 sp.

  • Garam masala 1/2sp.

  • Turmeric 1/2sp.

  • Chilli powder 1/2sp

  • Oil for frying 200 gm.


  • Wash the leaf n spread on cotton cloth.
  • Now in a mixing bowl add gram flour,rice flour ,salt,chilli powder n coriander n garam masala powder and make semi thick batter with help of water.
  • Put the kadhai on hot the oil.
  • Now dip the leaf one by one n deep fry until turn crispy.
  • Take out on absorbent pepper sprinkle some chat masala n serve with tea/ coffee.
